001. INTRO Hello! Welcome to razorfst, my independent, selective, and mutuals only Razor Fist blog based purely on the MCU and my own headcanons. I go by Olivia or Liv, both work, and use she/her pronouns. I am 25+ and in the Eastern Time Zone of the US. I am a fulltime working human, so time won’t be fully dedicated to being on tumblr 24/7. But I do try to be as active as I can here and on my other blogs. Most everything runs on queue but that doesn’t mean I’m not here. 002. MATURE THEMES Seeing as I am over 21 as well as my muse, I would prefer to write with people who are 18+ as it makes me feel more comfortable with the mature themes written here. This is a character with a dark backstory so read on at your own risk. Themes of violence, cursing, pain, and so on. There will be smut on this blog, rarely, but only with those I trust and vibe with ooc. That will be tagged accordingly. Due to tumblr’s NSFW ban, the tag will be tw: sin. 003. TRIGGERS I personally don’t have any triggers. There will be triggering content on this blog as stated above with the mature themes. If any of it needs to be tagged, please come to me, politely, and I will gladly tag it. Anything triggering that will be tagged will look like this: “tw: x “. 004. FORMATTING I tend to use <small> text in my replies but that’s about the extent of my formatting. I also use icons more than anything. That doesn’t mean my partners have to match what I do. I’m fine with anything really. Just please cut your posts.
005. REPLIES I hate that this has to be said but it's happened in the past. Please do not ask me or send me multiple messages about if I’ve done your reply. I will let you know the first time you ask if it is in my drafts or in my queue. I tend to post using the queue anyway once a blog Iis fully rolling so I can regulate my time from blog to blog. If it is not in drafts then it is most likely in the queue. I do not mind being asked politely every so often and if I miss a reply please tell me but please do not badger me, it makes me feel pressured and we are here to have fun guys. 006. GODMOD Please do not God-mod. That ain't cool. My muse is my muse to control and write just as your muse is yours to write. My muse is an experienced assassin raised within the Ten Rings with a blade for an arm. Do not underestimate him as I am not going to hold him back either. But also remember muse ≠ mun. 007. FOLLOWING This is a selective and mutuals exclusive rp blog. What this means is that I will only write and plot with mutuals, those I follow and who follow me back. This is to keep my dash clean and myself sane. But that does not mean my inbox is closed! Non-mutuals can send in asks and memes if they wish to get something going and become mutuals. I will follow those who have a rules and bio page, I am not picky about multi-muses as I have one myself. I will tend to follow if I can see our muses interacting. 008. OTHER BLOGS have other blogs, if I am not here then I will most likely be found on one of them or discord. Like stated earlier, discord is mutuals only but IMs are open! But for now, you may find me on one of these blogs : becomelions (multi-muse), m1dfielder (sideblog), and wolfskrieger (oc own lore).
009. DRAMA This is drama free. I’ve been on tumblr for many years and have stayed out of drama this whole time. I do not tolerate it and will be blocked if it is seen on the dash. I do not tolerate call out or vaguing culture. The only time I will not be bothered by a callout is if it is a real threat to the safety of others. 010. MEMES Please reblog memes from the source. I am not a resources blog and I would prefer to not have my notifications clogged up by reblogs of a meme.If there is no source available then I completely understand if you must reblog from me. But it does kinda suck when no one sends them in and reblogs from me anyway. So be kind, reblog from the source! 011. SHIPPING This is a Multiship and Multiverse blog, no one will be cheating on anyone. Not a fan of plots like that so no worries here. I ship based off of chemistry but I also can't read minds so if you ship my muse with your muse don't be afraid to reach out and see if it'll work! The main and default ship referenced, unless plotted, will be Yelrei. I do not ship Razor Fist & Xialing. 012. MAINS & EXCLUSIVES I don’t practice this lightly. Mains I will gladly do with muns I interact with often/talk ooc with a lot. Exclusives on the other hand are very very rare unless I have that kind of connection with another mun. That being said, I am fully exclusive with Hades’ Yelena Belova. 013. DISCLAIMER I have nothing to do with Florian Munteanu, Marvel, MCU, or Disney. I loved the side character and thought he deserved more than what we saw on screen!

Mattias Andrei Lupei was born in Romania to unknown parents. The only thing he did know about them was how he wasn’t wanted. He was placed in an orphanage almost as soon as he had been able to leave the hospital. The small baby was found wrapped in the very blanket the nurse had given him when he was born, laying on the steps outside the orphanage. He wasn't there long, however, and was soon adopted to a German-Romanian family (Jacob & Caroline Fischer) who had been looking for a little baby boy to raise all on their own. They took him to their home in Munich and being so young, he didn't even know that he had been adopted. They were his parents, that was all little Mattias knew. That, of course, would change the older he got. It didn’t take long, only when he was old enough to speak did they tell him the truth. Eventually even deciding he preferred his middle name to his first, introducing himself as such as most used it when he wasn’t in trouble. So to his ‘parents’ Andrei was adopted, nothing more. The name he had been given was from the orphanage themselves, not from those he called his parents. And the older Andrei would get the more they would throw that into his face that he wasn’t a real member of the family. It mainly came when he made a mistake, didn’t bring home the proper grades, or got into trouble. Eventually this behavior of isolation would escalate to a slap here and there, bruises hidden by clothing if he were out in public or at school. They weren't family like he thought they'd be, they were worse. And as he grew older it only got worse and worse, until one day he couldn't take it anymore. Andrei snapped, he fought back. What good that did, more punishment as he sat in his room looking out the window. That was when he made the decision that would steer him to a different life. He ran.Having nowhere to go, Andrei lived on the streets of Munich and stole what he needed to survive, eventually finding himself back in Bucharest as he wandered from country to country. It was easy to sneak onto trains, no one looked for a little kid all by himself, especially when he got better at blending in to appear as if he was part of a family. While on the run, Andrei refused to use the last name of his adopted parents, introducing himself with the last name of Lupei to others. A name that meant wolf in his native Romanian, picking that as his last name because of the blanket the orphanage let him keep that had wolves running over it. That was lost on an escape from a train during one of his stops, he’s lost count when. Some took pity on him and gave him food from time to time, but he mainly received necessities through theft. He didn't care who he stole from so long as they had what he needed. That would eventually get him into trouble more than once.
His worst moment came several years after his arrival to his birth city. Andrei stole from a man he should have never been near. A very powerful man. But what did little Andrei know? Nothing, just saw a man with money and what looked like power and decided that would be his next mark. Little did he know this was a man with ties to the Russian Mafia. Stealing from them was a great offense in their eyes and when he was discovered, they didn’t let him off lightly. Instead of killing him, seeing as he was alone and just a boy on the street, they punished him in a way he wouldn’t forget. They took his right hand from him, cutting it off as a sign for theft in the underground world. Now most would know to avoid him, causing him to learn new ways to survive or better ways to steal. And as time went on, he got better but never was the best. That was evident when he tried to steal from another powerful man, a man who had more of a heart than any adult he’d had the chance of meeting. But he didn't know that, not yet, not until he marked him as he got out of the car in front of some hotel. He waited until the man was fully out of the vehicle before running over and acting like a normal child as they ran down a sidewalk. but he made sure to run into the man and in the process take the wallet that no doubt had a decent amount of cash in it. and he'd gotten away with it as he ran down the street after apologizing. ducking into an alleyway, the young boy began to search through his catch.Tossing aside what he didn't need, Andrei pulled out the cash necessary and turned to leave only to see the man he’d stolen from make his way down the street. That was when he pulled out several balls from his pocket and began to juggle them with his one arm. It was meant to make him appear innocent but it had only drawn the man’s attention. He had been caught, but Andrei didn't flinch, he'd been growing up on the streets and before that he was used to being beaten. Maybe it was the look of defiance in his green eyes but instead of looking angry, he looked more or less impressed. A hand was reached out to the young boy and, with slight hesitation, Andrei took it. Something told him this was the break he was looking for.And upon arriving at the compound, Andrei would learn the man was Wenwu. the leader of The Ten Rings. Here he learned how to survive under harsher conditions than before and under the watchful eye of the man who took him in, he was taught a multitude of martial arts. But his experience on the streets, being shown no love or appreciation, being beaten by those who he thought cared for him had only made him stronger. It was as if all those events were preparing him to be ready for here and here alone. It was why he excelled quicker than anyone anticipated, especially after the state he was found in. And despite his one weakness, Wenwu saw a way to make that his strength.
First he had to get stronger, learn how to fight with what he had and Andrei succeeded. He grew far larger and taller than anyone expected. Eventually, granting him the gift and trust of Wenwu to have an extension of himself be a weapon. A metallic contraption had been made specially made for Andrei, of course needing size adjustments the more he grew, that attached to the end of his lower forearm where his right hand had once been until he lost it. Wenwu explained that with a specific movement a blade would be released with a heated edge. Andrei couldn’t believe it, doing as he said to see the blade reveal itself for his own eyes. He set to training with it right away, learning how to live with that attached to him at all times. It was as much a part of him as if it was his actual hand. It only made him more deadly the more he trained and learned under the tutelage of Wenwu. When he had mastered the very weapon, he was bestowed a new name, Razor Fist. This was to be him now, Andrei barely being said unless absolutely necessary. And because of all of this, he saw the man as the father figure he always wanted and somehow he felt the other saw him as a son. Maybe it was because he raised Andrei and saw him grow, gave him a purpose, and did everything Andrei believed a father should do. It was a debt he felt he would never truly repay Wenwu for, making him loyal to a fault. Andrei wanted to make sure he never disappointed the man who gave him this new chance at life, this new purpose.Andrei did everything in his new found power and skills to help build the influence of the Ten Rings. Going from one mission to the next, doing whatever was asked of him to make sure they were to be feared like they had in the past before Wenwu met his wife. Then came the snap, Andrei watched as men he saw as brothers disappeared before his eyes but only on true concern stuck in his mind and he rushed to Wenwu’s side to find him unharmed. Neither men were taken away when Thanos’ won, both gathering what was left of the men to establish their next move. It was relatively easy to gather their footing once more, picking up the pieces left behind by enemies that had been dusted. They were easily absorbed into the Ten Rings, their strength gathering. There was nothing to worry about, not even when the Avengers succeeded in bringing back those who had been gone for five years. The damage had been done, men’s allegiances had changed and soon their bosses were turned over to Razor Fist and Wenwu to be handled according to what they saw fit. But then things started to change. Wenwu started staying in his study later and later, claiming to be visited by his deceased wife. Now, Razor Fist knew about his family and what became of them and in his experience no one could come back from the dead. The snap had been different, she had died. He grew concerned for the man but knew better than to say anything against him. How would that look to the man he owed everything to?Eventually the whispers became too much and Wenwu sent Razor Fist to find his son. To take the pendant he needed to find Ta Lo and bring his wife back to him. Without question, though with concern in his eyes, he left and did as ordered. A vow to return with the pendant and to show that he too could be as deadly and well trained as the son he lost and yet still admired.
Razor Fist was raised by Wenwu at an impressionable age. There are few people he trusts completely with his life and Wenwu is at the top as he sees the man as his father. He took him off of the streets of Romania, raised him, trained him, and gave him a purpose. All of which makes him feel like he will forever be in debt to him and does whatever is asked despite if he has feelings against it. He is loyal to a fault.
He went through many different designs and iterations of the device on his arm until the final product was given to him, the one we see on his arm. It is made of vibranium and can easily be summoned and retracted with so much as a muscle twitch or mental command from Razor Fist. It's edge is heated, helping the already indestructible metal cut through whatever or whoever stands in his way.
After he ran away, legally his first adoptive family (that he doesn't claim as family and never will) declared him dead when he wasn't found. Legally, Mattias Andrei Fischer (using their last name) is dead. They do not believe him to be alive and only paid for a small, unnoticeable and unremarkable grave that they do not visit or tend to. He is a footnote in their life, that is it. He hasn't seen them since he ran away nor does he intend to, the same goes for the grave. Though he is more unaware about that existence.
He has two wounds that aren't as obvious as the loss of his right hand, one will never even be seen. A fight with older boys while on the street caused a partial split in his tongue, only noticeable if one watches his mouth or he sticks out his tongue. The other was a concussion causing the loss of his sense of smell after his head was thrown against a brick wall as punishment for stealing a sandwich to eat for lunch. He hasn't had a sense of smell since he was ten years old.
Growing up in the compound, he was around Xialing for six years. At first he tried his best to extend a hand to her, show he was there to be a friend and maybe family because he too finally had a family he could see himself with. When he was shut down, he stopped. He focused on fully replacing Shangqi as the promised son, being everything Wenwu wanted. It was why he had zero hesitation when facing his siblings, jealous more so of Shangqi, fully ready to kill them for their father. Of course that changes after Ta Lo, they are the only family he has left.
Due to his upbringing, before and after Wenwu's adoption, Andrei never wanted to feel weak or at someone's mercy again. He made sure to never appear that way to anyone, no one would see him vulnerable or hurt or any form of weakness he saw in others. That meant keeping himself guarded, trusting very few. He has walls upon walls built up and lets no one in, he refuses to give anyone that power over him. It's why he is never in a relationship, the closest he gets is a hook up with some woman he doesn't know and will never see again. It keeps people at arms length, his choice to remain forever guarded.

This verse covers his childhood and up until the move. He is a child on the run, looking for his family. He doesn't know who they are but he won't stop trying to find them. However, that gets old and tiring and when no one in Bucharest wants to help a child on the street? That eventually gets old, no one comes looking for him. He realizes early on what his part to play in life is and that is to survive. Survive by whatever he can do to get food and shelter. He grows up far quicker than he should and a tough life lesson day after day is taught to the young boy. He learns who to target and who to avoid, but of course that doesn't always work out the way it seems.Stealing from the wrong person has it's consequences. If it wasn't the concussion then it was something else. He never thought it would be the loss of his hand at twelve years old. They at least don't let him bleed out, their one act of mercy so he doesn't forget who to avoid. He lives like that for two years before he steals again from someone he read wrong. Only this person doesn't punish him, no, he sees something in the young boy and takes him in as his own son. He trains him, teaches him, and watches him grow.He is the loyal right hand man to Wenwu, working on building up the Ten Rings to the former glory that was described to him in stories by the man himself. He wants nothing more than to make him proud and prove he was worth the risk of adopting and bringing him into the compound.

Takes place during the time period of the movie. Orders given to go to San Francisco to find his brother, to take the pendant and if it was possible? Kill him. There was no question about what Andrei would try to do, the first objective being the pendant. But hearing his father say he didn't think anyone could kill Shangqi even if they tried? It became a challenge, one that made Andrei want to slice the man to pieces. That was his goal and all that was running through his mind as he saw him take out his men on the bus. That wouldn't be him, he thinks and eventually finds his opening to attack. He succeeds with the pendant but that is all.Next is their sister, this time he is tasked with the invasion of the club while the others work to distract the two siblings long enough for Death Dealer to get the pendant. From there? Well, he becomes more of a bodyguard as he follows orders to keep his sister and brother's friend under his watch. Slowly he feels himself losing his position as his brother is brought home, is he just a soldier and not a son? It doesn't stop him from following orders, preparing everything when he is asked to and even doing it on his own so his father can see how he works better than either of his blood children. However it doesn't seem enough, he still tries to convince them to join his side. Andrei still does his best to try and kill them only to see towards the end that is better to work together to save themselves and the world from destruction.

Post movie and current MCU timeline. They return from Ta Lo, promises of dismantling the Ten Rings are given by his sister to their brother. Andrei, nearly revolts then and there until a look is given from his sister. She is playing her brother, he understands. He follows along, they talk, they come to a compromise. He will remain second in command, he will be the general to the armies. It was a merging of the old and the new and he would help with that. They needed someone who knew how to train soldiers, how to run what was around them in the four years she was gone. After all, he had been trained and raised to be the successor for a time. With this new Ten Rings, they rebuild their power under Xialing. They aren't the same that was under Wenwu, no they couldn't be. He was stuck in what they were and not what they could be. Without the actual ten rings upon her wrists, she had to show her power in other ways. She showed it in cunning, business, and strength in her loyal members of the organization. He was the rock of that, if he was still there then that meant something to others both in and outside the Ten Rings. Of course with the news they were still in operation, that didn't please their brother but a deal was made.Should he need assistance, on anything, Andrei would be sent almost as an extension of the Ten Rings as their good faith. Not that he wanted to help, but he knew why it was necessary. From time to time, when he isn't working with the Ten Rings then he is out with his brother or helping who his brother directed him to, be it Sam's Avengers or some heroic favor that Shangqi needed done that he couldn't..

Costin Lupei was born in Romania and trained from an early age to be a boxer. His success spoke for itself, even gaining the attention of the government itself to represent the very country in the Olympics. How could he turn down such an honor? It was during this time when he was training for the 1988 Olympics that he met Ivana Ursa. They fell in love and she thrived off of his success, so much so that she accepted his proposal to be married and soon she was pregnant with Andrei. Now, his father had flaws and his mother chose to ignore them so long as he remained on top of the food chain of boxing. He was undefeated, cocky, and thought no one could beat him yet he was quiet. The cockiness wasn’t done in talking but how he had that look in the ring that he would win and win with dominance. As the Olympics approached, he was the favorite to win the gold but little did he know how soon he would come crashing to earth. It was the fight that would cost him everything. Costin was told time and again that he would win by his country, wife, and trainers. They were using him to show how Romania could be a contender in the world of sports, and how they could benefit the current system of government and use it to their advantage. A man made to believe he was invincible is meant to crash eventually. The gold championship match? It was the one match he ended up losing. Everything had been put on that match and it cost him his life. Costin had lost and only been given silver, it was the straw that broke the camel's back. That was when his mother left, leaving Andrei to be raised by his father, a loser in her eyes that she wanted nothing to do with anymore. That included their son. Not welcomed in his home country anymore, Costin fled to Munich where he chose to raise his son. Wanting to make up for his failures, live in the shadows of success, he trained Andrei from a young age to become a boxer. However, his training was different. He was raised in a harsh environment, to be a monster in the ring more than his father had been. There was no mercy, that ring had taken everything from them and Andrei had to fight to win it back. Love wasn’t shown in the household, it was a fighting mentality only and to spite the world that took everything from them. And for a long time Andrei did feel that way in the isolation of his father’s home and training regimen. Even as he took part time jobs here and there to cover training and the equipment needed to become the boxer his father wanted him to be. Internally, as he got older, he also hoped to win his father's affection. But all he got was grumblings about what he could have done differently. So the young man grew and grew and grew to a staggering 6'4’ and 245 lbs. He dominated the heavyweight boxing division in Romania and then the rest of Europe before getting noticed by American promoters. That, his father said, was where the real money was meant to be made in the sport. However, it wasn't enough for his father. Andrei had to win at everything, to be the best in the world. And he did. He climbed every ladder, even winning championship after championship. He had a few losses early in his career with some draws sprinkled in, but he had been learning and the older he got the less losses he began to take. Eventually, while on a rather long undefeated streak, Andrei finally made his debut in America. Soon his 69-4 overall amateur record was getting more and more attention which earned him the right to sign professionally. He rose up throughout the professional fights, winning in dominant matches that he eventually was able to challenge for the championship With his successes and rise to the top through hard work, it gained the attention of the mother he never got to know. She was willing to see her ex-husband again along with Andrei, a welcoming of sorts to a new world not steeped in poverty. However, this is a woman he doesn't know, outside of stories from his father, even if she claims to be his mother and so he keeps her at arm’s length. So with this newfound success he has come to some new found struggles he didn’t ask for. But will he get the championship and the love of his parents? Or live the life he wants to live?

An orphan on the planet of Corellia, left to live off of the streets in the capitol, Andrei gained a reputation of a little street rat. He would steal what he could to survive, no parents to go home to or even claim him. Actions that would eventually catch up to him as he stole some very valuable crates from one of their many caches. It held credits, money he could use to buy food for his starving and growing frame. However, they weren’t known for their charity and he was punished. A vibro knife came down upon young skin and removed his right hand. Unable to afford a robotic prosthetic, Andrei walked the streets with one hand as he learned to adapt. Stealing was still his main source of survival and even if it had previously got him into trouble, the young man had no other choice. Eventually, however, it would bring him to a man that would change his life. The man was named Wenwu, a powerful leader of a gang of his own. Somehow, the man had more sympathy in his body than the entire gang that witnessed his punishment. The man took him in, seeing potential in young Andrei that he knew nothing about. Of course he never felt at home, but he never had one. Not until Wenwu brought him to his own home and took him in as his own son. There he was exposed to something called The Force. Wenwu told him of the light and the dark, everything connected by it and a select few could call upon that power. Andrei was apparently one of the few, Wenwu had sensed it. As he grew, he learned to control the very power inside him. However, he mainly drew on rage and the darker side of things though never enough to claim the dark side. He toed the fine line as Wenwu had taught him, using both to his advantage. And in order to hide his very connection to the force, Wenwu had a contraption made to have a lightsaber collapsible into a metallic device around the lower forearm of his adopted son. With the success of such an invention, all Andrei has to do is make a specific movement to unsheath the saber from its collapsed position to reveal an orange blade.Andrei is loyal to a fault with Wenwu for he gave him a home and purpose. Trained him to use the gifts he had never known about before. One will never see him question his father, even if he views some of his decisions as worrisome. However, he knows of his born son who ran away and wanted to have nothing to do with Wenwu and it has been his goal to replace the born son. At times he thinks he is close but the jealousy will always be there, driving him to do whatever he can to please the man who took him in. Most assume he is a bad guy from his demeanor and default expression, but he is just a man who wants to please his family and do what he can to keep around what his father had built.

Andrei’s story remains the same, an orphan boy born in Romania before being adopted by a family in Germany. He doesn’t have a home there, still running away and finding himself back on the streets of his birth city. Andrei even takes the last name of Lupei, nothing changes except when he steals from the mob boss without prior knowledge. He is a defiant boy, fighting to break free from the holds of the two guards that bring him before the man he dared to steal from. But something is different here. Instead of a punishment, the mob boss decided to take him in. A man, Andrei would learn, named Anton Cel Tradat. But he would just call him father.Anton raised Andrei as if he was his own son, and in some ways he was. Anton had no heirs to eventually take over the family business and now he had Andrei. Taking him in purely because he loved the fight and boldness of the other, traits he would have loved to have in a son of his own but never did. From that moment on, the poor boy on the street was introduced to a whole new lifestyle. A lifestyle that only a life within the mob could afford. It didn’t take long for Anton to teach Andrei the ways of the family, the business, rivals, enemies, what he needed to do to keep himself and everyone he cared about safe. That even meant building a friendship with Anton’s most trusted advisor’s son, Cezar. The first and true friend Andrei would ever have, they looked out for each other and learned the world together. Andrei excelled in all he was taught, never wanting to disappoint Anton. So much so that he became so well known for his skills with a blade that it almost became an extension of himself, earning the nickname of Razor Fist. All lessons were drilled into the young man and eventually he took his place by his father’s side. However, not all was well within the Cel Tradat family. As Anton grew older, he became more….delirious. That was a problem. The men, including Cezar, came to Andrei and asked for him to handle the situation. His father was becoming less and less put together, more violent with minor setbacks and giving orders that made no sense. It was for the good of the family, they told him. It needed to be handled by him and him alone, otherwise someone else might try and take the power from under him. So, with no choice left, Andrei went to speak with his father privately. But it was too late, he was too far gone and no longer an asset to the family. Andrei suggested a drive to the fields outside the city, a place they used to go when he was growing up that would give them some peace from the wild life they lived. When they reached their destination, Anton had a moment of clarity, looking over at his son in a look of understanding. A hand was placed on his shoulder before saying the words of how proud he was of the man Andrei had become. It was then he turned around to let Andrei finish the necessary deed of ending him right then and there.Andrei was in tears as he pulled the trigger, burying his father by the tree they used to sit under. He took his time out there, only returning after the sun had set. Without Anton. Everyone knew what had happened and no one blamed Andrei, the family name had come full circle now. Anton Cel Tradat, the betrayed, had been just that but not in a sense most would see it as. Andrei was the leader and with it came a new name. They would be the Lupei Crime Family now, after his name. Now started a new rule under his leadership and they would thrive.

Born to commoners out of wedlock in Romania, Andrei was abandoned to the church. However, as he got older, he found the treatment there rather lackluster. He was being starved and beaten for things he did not commit. Just an excuse for the men of the cloth to let out their frustrations and be selfish, all things they swore they weren’t to the public. He hated the hypocrisy of the church and its followers, so when he was old enough he ran away. Scrounging around the city, he stole what he could to survive. And when on the run from the local guards, Andrei almost was trampled by a horse who’s rider was sitting in elaborate armor. Within the next moment he found himself being lifted onto the horse and out of the guards’ grasp. That was when the man declared him under his care, shocking Andrei to his core. But what could he do? Argue? Of course not. This was possibly a better life than one he’s led so far. And how right he had been. The man was a lord in his own right, in a land far from here but was in town on business. Spotting Andrei, he took a liking to him and adopted him as his own from that moment on. Andrei was told he reminded him of his lost son and would therefore be raised as such under his roof.He learned first how to ride a horse in order to make his way to his new home. Approaching the rather large estate with a castle of its own, the young man’s eyes grew wide as he never thought he would experience something like this in his entire life. However, not everything was simple and sweet. It wasn’t what Andrei wanted. He wanted to be a knight like the ones he saw on the streets of his home, how Wenwu had looked. Even some of his own men were knights from neighboring kingdoms, even some far away. Each would train Andrei their own way that made them the champions of their lands. And as he grew to tower over all of them, he became a powerful knight in his own right and the adopted son of Wenwu to all who knew him. The right hand to the lord of the castle and the one to inherit it should his born son not return. However, power wasn’t what he was ever after. Andrei only wanted to make Wenwu proud of him, earn his respect and love. There were days he felt he had that and others where jealousy would creep in when he saw Wenwu eye the portrait of his former family. But it doesn’t stop him from being fiercely loyal to his father, never questioning on unwavering. He wears the crest of the ten rings of his father, armor all black as he wields a great sword on his back with a shortsword at his waist. He is deadly with all forms of combat and has even won several battles, leading the army himself for his father. At times he is even sent to help neighboring kingdoms so they may be in debt to Wenwu should they need it.

There were many legends surrounding the region his family called home. For years the tales of vampires, werewolves, ghosts, and witches spread from one region known as Transylvania in the country of Romania. This is where Mattias Andrei Lupei is born to Costin and Ivana Lupei, unaware of the dangers that would follow his family. It began with his mother dying in childbirth, a young boy never getting to know the woman who brought him into the world he would eventually find so cruel. Costin, his father, would be left to raise him alone in the village of Suceagu but in a house far on the edge of the town. It was closer to the woods of the Hoia Baciu Forest, causing many people to be slightly wary of the father and son only due to the legends surrounding the very forest. And eventually Andrei would learn those very legends were very real. It hadn’t been a problem of his not until one full moon towards his thirteenth birthday, his father sat him down to talk.Costin began to explain that there was a reason he put the young boy in boxing training at a young age. It was a way to release anger, focus it and use it for something else because he would need an outlet, especially as he got older and a full moon approached. Costin went on to explain that many years ago, around his twenty-first birthday, he had been bit by a large wolf. A wolf that was both man and creature, Andrei knew immediately what he meant. He had wondered why his father disappeared during the full moon, telling him to stay inside at all costs when it got dark. Now he knew why. His father was a werewolf but what did that make Andrei? That’s when his father tells him because he was bitten, Andrei was now a born werewolf. New territory for his father and now for the son. He would need to control his other half, the whole reason he had been put in boxing as he had explained earlier. Costin hoped it would be the needed outlet for his son, a way to get him to focus his aggression and anger into a single point as his temper would become worse the more he grew into himself due to his other half. However, it also was the idea that when the full moons came, he would be able to use that focus to keep himself from fully becoming the monster inside. However, as he got older it wasn’t doing what Costin had hoped. Boxing was Andrei’s outlet, yes, but it wasn’t enough to keep him under control. Each full moon the monster inside grew stronger and would take over. It pained Costin to see his son become such a thing that one night they discussed keeping him locked away, using chains even in hopes that it would help him learn to control himself in the future and not spill any innocent blood.

Born to an unknown father and mother, Mattias Andrei Lupei knew nothing of his life before being adopted by a seemingly loving German Family. What he did know was that he was Romanian, left on the steps of a church to be brought to an orphanage so that someone would find him and give him a family. That was what the man and woman who adopted him had told him the moment he was able to understand. They wanted him to know that even though he was being raised in Germany as a citizen in Munich, he wasn’t entirely belonging here. That was how it started, little words here and there to put him down when he was younger, as he got older they turned more aggressive. He did his best to be invisible, quiet. He was there to go to school and eventually find his way out. However, it was slowly building up and becoming too much. So much so that he couldn’t even focus on school, Andrei ran.It had been a quiet, dark night. A rare time for him and he took it, off into the streets and away as far as he could go from his ‘home’. He was never going to go back there and it seemed they didn’t care enough to even search for him. Eventually, Andrei found himself in a smaller town and away from the city for the time being. Here he felt he could keep enough distance, almost start over but he didn’t have a home. And he still needed to finish school. He found a small gym, sneaking in to shower in the mornings before classes at the local school he’d enrolled himself in. Thankfully he learned to forge his adopted parents’ signature long ago. As he got older, passing the classes with high enough marks, he got a part time job at the gym so he wouldn’t need to break in to use the facilities anymore. That and it kept him fit for the goal he had in mind, joining the military. It would be a home and give him a chance to get out of this place, a purpose. And when he passed his exams with favorable marks, he practically ran over to the nearest place he could to enlist but not just with any old unit. He wanted the best, to prove he was more than what he’d been told by people who were supposed to love and raise him.Andrei joined the Naval Special Forces Command, Kommando Spezialkräfte Marine ( KSM ), the German equivalent of the US Navy SEALs. It was the hardest thing he’s ever done in his life but he passed and fully became a member of an elite unit. He had sworn 12 years of his life to them and then be left to decide if he would continue on or leave. However, he wouldn’t be able to make that choice. A little over halfway into his committed time, they were on a rather deeply classified assignment when his life changed. He’d moved one of his men out of harm’s way but he wasn’t quick enough entirely for himself. Shrapnel hit him over his arm and chest, pain searing through his body as he lay there bleeding. Green eyes looking over at the bloody mess of his arm and hand before passing out from the pain and blood loss. When he came to, he found himself in a hospital bed with bandages up and down his arm until his eyes landed on the area of where his right hand should be. His time in the military was done, a new beginning that he would have to slowly adjust to. Eventually, after a long and rough time, he gets himself in a proper place again and begins looking for a job. Despite missing one hand, he is offered the job of being a bodyguard to one Wenwu, a rather wealthy and influential business man. He wasn’t sure why he decided to hire him outside of his impressive time in the military, but he didn’t fight it. In the end, Andrei grew to recognize him as a father figure he never really had and Wenwu eventually grew to see Andrei as a son. Eventually even giving him a rather high tech prosthetic of his own. As their relationship as father and son grew, he remained as Wenwu’s bodyguard and eventually became the head of his security.

His mean to look him the moment they return from Ta Lo. The leader they all knew in Wenwu is gone, he was all they had for as long as they could remember because he had been the founder and leader for over one thousand years. They didn't know his children, they knew Andrei. They knew the boy taken in and raised as the heir while the others ran away. They followed him, they took his orders, they knew him. He was a familiar figure to turn to and to them it only made sense he would be the one to step up and take the role of leader from the man he called father. This had been what he was trained for, the possible heir should Shangqi die or refuse. And he refused now, that was clear the moment he had been brought home. It was driven further into everyone at Ta Lo. Knowing this, and knowing Xialing had her own club and empire built, Andrei stepped forward. It wasn't done because he wanted power, it was done because he was a stable figure to everyone. He was known. Xialing didn't argue, it made sense. However, he knew things had to change, Andrei knew they couldn't be the same Ten Rings if they were to survive without the very objects that made others fear Wenwu. He also knew he wasn't Wenwu, he knew when to turn for advice. He knew he needed to listen to his siblings, especially Xialing who had built her own world. He allows women to train, to join, that was the first step. Under his father it was men and men only but that wasn't how an organization grew. It was at the request of Xialing and it was one he readily accepted. He wants to build up the Ten Rings into something more and he feels he can properly do just that.

CLOSED WITH @WHISTLEWIDOW. They were gods once upon a time. He was known to the Greeks as the God of War, Ares (Andrei) and she Aphrodite (Yelena). They had an undeniable attraction to each other, the only issue was she was married to another god. Hephaestus (Tony/Taskmaster). It wasn’t a marriage she wanted, Ares did his best to prevent it but one found it hard to sway the mind of Zeus. So they did what any star crossed lovers would do, they met in secret. They couldn’t stay away from one another. In his heart he felt they were meant to be, not her and her husband. She was one of the few who could calm the temperamental God of War. They met as often as they could, making sure neither were followed but as time went on they grew more careless. So impatient to see one another, to hold the woman he loved in his arms again, that they didn’t notice they were being followed one day. Hephaestus was catching on and soon was plotting his own way to catch the two in the act. However, not everything goes according to plan. The day he went to catch the two in the act, it had worked.Only his contraption worked too well, causing the death of Ares. A god had died at the hand of another god, he couldn’t be brought back from the dead and thus forced to be reincarnated as a human, a mortal. Knowing this, and the rules between gods and mortals, Aphrodite requested to have the same fate as the man she loved. They would meet in the mortal realm, but not alone. Hephaestus, furious that his wife would still choose Ares over him, vowed to keep them separated forever and thus tossed his lot in to be reincarnated along with them. Though it takes time for memories to return, with each passing incarnation their powers weaken and they become more mortal. The key to breaking the endless, violent cycle? Forgiveness. Hephaestus, known as Tony in his mortal form, must forgive them for their actions. Meanwhile Ares, known as Andrei, and Aphrodite, known as Yelena, must in turn forgive him. Only then can anyone truly find peace.

Costin and Ivana Lupei were a happy couple living in Romania. Costin, an athletic trainer, and Ivana, a nurse, had met in the gym and it didn’t take long to know they were meant for one another. They married young, despite some soft protests that were soon quieted when they saw how devoted they were to one another. And when it came time to start a family, they knew a tough decision had to be made. They didn’t want their child to grow up in the dictatorship that plagued their home country and so they fled to Germany. Settling down in Munich, they went about finding work and getting their lives together in their new home before welcoming Mattias Andrei Lupei into their lives. They were a small family, at least that Andrei grew up with. His family in Romania that stayed behind, far larger than just his two parents. But he was close to both his mother and his father, despite the rambunctious nature he could be. He wasn’t entirely a troublemaker but he wasn’t innocent either. Growing up close to his parents had its advantages, however, they always wanted to do things together and learn about their son’s interests. Not surprisingly, he fell in love with one of his father’s favorite past times in football. Oftentimes, if they had a free Saturday, the Lupei family would be seen supporting their favorite team in Bayern Munchen. Andrei would even try to copy the moves he saw during the game on the pitch himself whenever he had games. In fact, those Saturdays at the field with his parents and his own games helped shape a goal in the young Lupei. He wanted to play for them. Only it wasn’t just some childhood dream, it was a promise. Something inside him told him that if he wanted it then he would get it, all he had to do was work hard enough for it. And he did, off days were spent training in the gym with his father and on the pitch to increase his skills that eventually he started to be noticed by farm teams that led into the big clubs. Defense was his role, the large stature making it hard to get by and easy to block incoming shots and passes. Specifically excelling at the Right Fullback position. Of course he knew the dream was to get to Bayern but he had to work his way up and his skill at the Right Back position was enough to get him to sign with their under 17 team as a teenager. There he did his very best to show them what he could do, that he was worth being invested in and kept around. As he got older and better, he moved up to their U19 team with a shining promise that he was doing well. He was told he was, his parents being proud of him as they went to every home game they could make and even the closer away games. By the time he was 20, he was placed on Bayern Munchen II, the amateur team. He was one step away from being signed to their main team and he was doing everything in his power to show he was ready.Of course not everything goes to plan and one season he was out on loan to another club. Not that he was entirely upset, well, he was at first. Andrei used it as a way to learn and be better at the sport to get a new perspective. It upped his game in the end, to experience coaching outside of the club he’d practically been raised and trained in. They kept him out on loan for a few more years, liking the progress he was making as he learned from other coaches before bringing him back. He was getting better with age, something rarely seen in a player but it was because he grew into his larger frame and musculature. Of course being invited to play for the German National Team itself helped show higher ups and coaches that he was ready to receive that call up he so desperately had dreamed of and been working towards. And eventually Bayern called him up to sign a professional contract for the main team. He would be the new Right Back, wearing number 9 in honor of his favorite player. His parents, always supportive, were there when he signed that contract and walked the pitch as an official professional member of the team for the first time. Sure he’d been on that field as a player in the system but this walk had an entirely new meaning to it. He could tell how proud his parents were, how he made his dreams come true along with their help. Now, his only goals are to win championships for Bayern and keep up his impressive and aggressive play style he is known for at his position.

Andrei was born in fall to Lord Costin and Lady Ivana Bulwer of House Bulwer in the Reach, located on the northern coast of the Whispering Sound where they called Blackcrown home. They were a noble house, an allegiance to the Hightowers as Oldtown was not far from their own lands. Andrei was their only child, their only son. It was all Lord Bulwer needed in the end, despite how often they tried to have more children. He trained the young boy in combat, a specialty and legacy of their house. They descended from Bors the Breaker after all, known for their prowess in combat. Aside from his teachings with the Maester, which he didn’t particularly care for, Andrei thrived on his lessons in the training yard with his father. If it wasn’t his father, then it was battle experienced knights who passed on their knowledge to the young heir. Tactics, skills, tricks, anything, he ate it up and excelled at it. The amount of time he spent in the training yard even paid off as he grew even taller, wider than his father. His father, a battle hardened man himself, was a man Andrei strived to achieve approval from. Anything his father asked of him he did.Politics were never his strength, keeping out of them as much as he could when growing up. Of course he learned from the Maester, sat in on his father’s council meetings when he was old enough, but it all bored him. He preferred being more a man of action. However, he knew what duties and responsibilities rested on his shoulders, what his father wanted from him. Therefore, he sat and listened. Andrei learned out of duty instead of want. His wants came on the training ground where he eventually grew to overpower everyone sent his way. Men came to spare with the young lord to see if the rumors were true of his strength and each fell at his sword. He excelled with the blade, though he was not afraid to use his fists. It was as if he was taken over by the spirit of his ancestor Bors the Breaker. Costin was proud of his son in that regard. However, those weren’t true tests and his son was often sent to participate in tourneys to test his skills when he reached the appropriate age. He was never disappointed. But it wouldn’t be his only test.House of the Dragon Added information: He would be sent to gain battle experience and prove himself to his father at the War of the Stepstones, participating there for as long as his father would allow. His battle prowess wasn’t unknown, his name muttered by the men that garnered eventual attention from the lords leading the fight. They relied on him from time to time due to his strength, the teachings of his house, and his skills with his sword. Eventually, however, his father sent for him to return and so he did. Costin was proud, he had told Andrei. His efforts had even gotten the attention of the Hightowers, specifically the Hand of the King. He had been given an invitation to attend a tourney for his grandson’s name day in King’s Landing as a loyal house to the Hightowers. Costin was thrilled and had already accepted for his son who was then sent on his way to a city he only knew of in stories. And upon his arrival, Otto Hightower almost met with him immediately. He was informed then he wasn’t just here as an ally, but to be useful. Andrei was to get the trust of the Targaryans for his own purpose, a purpose the young lord wasn’t entirely sure of but he knew if it made his own house and father proud to follow the orders of the Hightowers, then he would do what was asked of him.

Born to Costin and Ivana Lupei in a small town in Romania. But it wasn’t just any small town, protected by a forest seen by the people as haunted when it was anything but. Magic was a mystery to people outside of its world, making them believe in certain stories about it that mixed with truth but it kept them away. It kept them at a distance and the village closest to it remained mostly untouched and on its own. That was where he grew up, a town that knew magic and taught him how to use what he was allowed to know under the laws that governed the magical world. That was until he was old enough to attend a proper magic school. Due to his location in Eastern Europe there was only one choice, but one that made his parents proud. Durmstrang came with the invitation for their son to follow in their footsteps. There he would excel in the very martial teachings made famous in their curriculum at the school. And excel he did, being one of the more adept and aggressive wizards seen in the first year class. On top of his skill with a wand in his more hands on courses, Andrei was skilled with a broom. His other calling being the most well known sport in the wizarding world, Quidditch. There he was given the position of beater due to his own physical strength, hitting the bludger as hard as he could into his opponents. His abilities even caught the attention of the Romanian Quidditch team during that very same first year. Nothing truly seemed to be going wrong for young Andrei until the summer between his first and second year.As young as he was, he wasn’t aware of some of the darker things his parents could run into or be involved in. Even when it happened he wasn’t entirely sure how they got involved, if at all. All he knew was he was told to hide so they wouldn’t find him and yet that didn’t stop him from seeing it all. His parents murdered before his eyes, a young boy wanted to run out and defend his parents but he couldn’t. He promised and the last look he saw his mother give in his direction told him to follow through. It wasn’t until those who did it left that he crawled out from his hiding spot to rush towards their bodies. Devastated, he had nowhere else to go. School was starting up soon, he had that for him but he wasn’t the same. Andrei grew quiet, serious, kept to himself, and was quick to anger. He had a short fuse before but this was different. Aggression taken out in forms of dueling, martial magic, and quidditch. His reputation from the year before only increased and gained the attention of another wizard, Wenwu. Upon his inquiry about the boy and discovering what happened to his parents, Wenwu adopted young Andrei but kept him in Durmstrang to continue his lessons as he saw no reason to transfer him closer to his home where he’d only be in the summers. And during those times, Wenwu taught him more, built up his martial and dark arts knowledge that the school had provided. And as he grew older, if Andrei wasn’t involved with the Romanian Quidditch team then he would be under the employ as a hit wizard for his adoptive father. Though that was more of a secret, he would say his occupation was within the family business as he’d earned that spot through his hard work and loyalty to the man who took him in. He takes both careers very seriously, seeing as they don’t overlap and is able to spend his time between the two. After all, what better cover than being a quidditch player for one’s country?Verse is no longer being written in, it is here for organization as my verses and their tags are numbered. I didn't want it to look like I just can't count and skipped 14 or my verses are mislabeled.

Andrei was born to Costin and Ivana Lupei in Munich, Germany, two very loving and attentive parents. His father was avid in the gym, making Andrei want to follow in his footsteps both in and outside of the gym. He was athletic and played whatever sport he could get his hands on. Soccer was always one of his favorite pastimes but as he grew older he needed something more physical. He boxed on the side, mainly for cardio and working out with his father but his mother wanted him nowhere near the sport. Besides, both agreed they wanted him to get a college degree. It meant something to them and as their only son, Andrei agreed. But it was during that time at home as he was growing up that he discovered American football. It was different, there was a local team in the area from what he remembered after catching an NFL game late early one morning. He wanted to learn more and he did. He went to those local games of the German Football League and cheered on his home team and learned the game. They had camps in place once he got older and bigger, signing up as soon as he could to play. It was here he discovered his natural talent for the game. His size helped, growing much faster than the other boys his age. He wasn’t just tall, but he was big and muscular thanks to his time with his father in the gym since he was a little boy. Andrei tried quarterback, wide receiver, tight end, linebacker, defensive end, cornerback, and safety. He tried almost every position in the book that worked with his build. The coaches loved the athleticism but found they enjoyed having him play the tight end position the most. It was here they began practicing with him more and recording the sessions as well as the games they had put on within their camps and camps of other teams. Knowing the talent and his parents’ wish that he receive a college education, the coaches sent the tapes off to colleges in hopes he’d get recruited. It wasn’t often that the United States recruited out of their own country for someone playing football, not with the talent they found stateside but something in Andrei stood out enough to get him to go viral amongst college coaches. His parents’ and his phone were blowing up with calls, texts, and emails. Andrei didn’t know what to do with it most of the time, many even surprised he knew English as well as he did. Another added bonus to them. Eventually he settled on an elite Division One school that was seen as a pipeline to the NFL at his position. And when the time came to report to summer camp and his new home for the next four years? He went, parents in tow to help him move in and settle into his new home.It was his first time in America. Everything at first was so overwhelming, learning the schedule and translating everything in his head quick enough to understand it all. He had three languages going on at once that he had to sort through, but as camp went on he grew used to it. Andrei decided to study Sports Management for his degree, keeping himself close to the environment he loved if his playing career didn’t work out. It was a little easy, focusing on his studies and practice at first. He had nothing else but his teammates and even then he was working on getting to know them. His freshman year came and went, starting some games and a good amount of snaps here and there in others. It was his sophomore year where he earned a starting spot with the previous tight end declaring for the draft. Andrei seized the opportunity to show what he could do, setting a single season record for most touchdowns by a tight end in school history. This was where he started to come into his own, feeling more and more comfortable in America. On top of that he started to live more of the typical college athlete lifestyle he’d only heard about. However, he made sure he stayed on top of his studies to earn his degree. Everyone thought he’d decline in his junior year, a slump after a spectacular season before. He proved them wrong, continuing his trend of being the most desired tight end in the country. A shocking decision to even stay for his senior year, but he made that promise and he would get his degree. After another stellar season was in the books, cementing his place as a legend at his university. It came time for the draft, a month before his graduation, and he was one of the highest ranked prospects after an impressive showing at the combine and his university’s pro day. He didn’t have to wait long for his phone to ring, dressed in a suit at the event with his parents beside him. He was taken in the first round, able to put on his new team’s hat and walk across that stage to shake the commissioner’s hand. Now he just had to prove once more why he deserved to be one of the few Germans and Romanians ever drafted in the NFL.

King Costin of Romania and his wife, Queen Ivana of the Hohenzollern Family of Germany, had tried several years for an heir. The stress was rough on the young royal couple for many reasons, like carrying on two royal lines despite the lack of power they currently held. It was the name, the prestige, the titles, all of it. Until eventually, the day finally came where Ivana was pregnant. She was monitored closely, wanting to be sure everything was going as smoothly as it could the longer the pregnancy went on. And then the day came, a cool day in October when their son and heir was born. Prince Mattias Andrei Lupei was born. He was a large baby, completely healthy, and all worry of who would carry on the family was wiped away. It only was confirmed as he got older, stronger, bigger. No one could even question who his father was, he was the spitting physique of his father. He was taught everything he needed to know to be the future king, to take his father’s place despite them having no actual power. It was still tradition and tradition would be followed. It wasn’t something the prince particularly liked, the politics and schmoozing his least favorite things but he was good at it. Mainly because he watched his mother and father more than listening to his tutors. He preferred the more physical aspects of life and it showed as he got older, but it wasn’t enough of a challenge in the life of a royal. When he was old enough, he started to sneak out of the palace. Using his middle name to introduce himself so people wouldn’t pick up on who he was. The prince would go to boxing clubs to learn more, spar without worry so no one would back out because of his name. There he improved, got stronger, and eventually found underground fights to compete in. After all, he was competitive and it was the best place to sate his hunger for competition and improvement without getting so much attention on him. He knew his parents wouldn’t have let him go professionally into boxing, the press and attention too much so the best bet was the underground fights in Romania where he was no one. However, Andrei didn’t let that distract him from duties. He knew where his responsibilities were and seeing as his father was someone he saw as his best friend since he was little, the last thing he wanted to do was disappoint him. He made sure to be there when he was needed, that nothing interfered too much with what he needed to do for his family. The prince wasn’t one to flaunt his title or position, no one would guess he was one by the looks of him if out and about and he preferred to keep it that way. He may not be the most famous royal out there, something he was fine with, but he liked to think he was one who respected where he came from while trying to be his own person.

Andrei’s story remains the same to a point. He was born to unknown parents, adopted by a family that quickly decided afterwards they didn’t want him and made that very well known from a very young age. One day it just became too much for the young boy. In a fit of rage, what would become his most devastating ability, he lashed out and killed one of his parents. Being young, unknowing of the anger and strength he possessed, the rage didn’t last long enough for both. Seeing the blood on him and the horror on the other’s face, Andrei ran. He ran as far as he could into the forest and eventually to a river where he eventually washed off the blood. And it was a river he followed until he found a city, knowing they hadn’t lived far from one to begin with. Bladur’s Gate was the name and it was one he blended into as he moved about the streets. He grew up there, stealing and fighting for what he could. Of course he did some performances to remain innocent looking like juggling. However, he knew his rage was an issue, it getting him into trouble more than once. So much so that at fourteen, it caught the attention of a wealthy and powerful man.His name was Wenwu, the leader of the Ten Rings. An organization that operated mainly in shadow, which unknown to Andrei was something he had partially been doing since arriving in the city. Wenwu saw something in the young teen, making him adopt the boy as his own. From that point on, for ten years Andrei was trained to use his rage and focus it in use for Wenwu and the Ten Rings. Along with his natural gifts of rage, anger, strength, and durability, Wenwu taught him the nature of stealth and using the darkness as a tool. On top of that, they aided in his already beginner level of lock picking and disarming and setting traps. With these skills combined, Andrei became a scary and formidable threat. He rose to be the right hand man to Wenwu, the second in command to the mighty organization he called home. Eventually on a job for Wenwu, Andrei’s past would come back to haunt him. He hadn’t forgotten what he had done in his past, leaving one parent alive, but he never did anything to change that. He wasn’t around them anymore so why would he? Until he found himself back in the city, staring down the older face of the one left alive. It seemed almost instantly Andrei was recognized despite the years. It had to have been the anger in his eyes. Cries of murderer rang out and Andrei had to flee as he yelled his innocence but no one would listen. Now knowing he was alive after running into the woods, a bounty was placed on his head for the murder he committed nearly twenty years ago. Despite still having his position within the Ten Rings, Andrei now has a less than easier time of blending in than before but he doesn’t go down and all who come for him meet a gruesome end at the hands of his rage. (he is a berserker barbarian with a multiclass of up to 3 levels in rogue with the assassin subclass)

Andrei doesn’t remember much of what the world was like before, there wasn’t much to remember. He was an orphan, born to unknown parents and ran away from those who adopted him at a young age. He could only handle mistreatment for so long and even as a child that limit wasn’t very big. It was how he truly grew up alone, on the streets of Romania just trying to survive. One could say that’s what set him down the path he found himself on now. It was also what made him vulnerable, able to be taken off the streets by greedy corporations who knew what was coming and wanted to take advantage of the situation. No one would miss him, no one would know he was gone, taken down into one of the many vaults owned by the very corporation who had taken him. They wanted to research things, reactions, thoughts, all of it as the world above slowly devolved into shit. Nuclear war came, to no one’s entire surprise and the people went underground who could afford that safety. Others were doomed above to adapt and survive. Down below, however, Andrei didn’t have a choice and he wouldn’t call it protection. He was poked, prodded, feeling like he was being torn apart and put back together again to see what made him tick. They wanted to see what he could and would do to survive in various situations, how to make him better, all just for the fun of it. At least that was what he thought, what it felt like the longer he stayed locked in their vaults and experiments. Andrei lost track of how many he’d killed, what he’d done, anything to survive to get to the next day. Scars scattered over his body showed hints here and there, some better cleaned up than others, some more noticeable, but he knew them all.And just like with his adoptive family, he eventually reached a breaking point. It was hearing how much time had passed that made him finally snap. Ten years. For ten years he’s been trapped, experimented on, and killed to survive. He was irrevocably changed but it was what was going to get him out. An opportunity seized, the now large Romanian wasn’t the young pre-teen taken off the streets anymore and so he broke free. No one was safe in his wake, a bloody trail of broken and dead bodies scattered the halls of the vault until he finally found his way out. The blinding light of the sun took some getting used to, being outside again took adjustments as he learned the new landscape and the new environment. Nothing was exactly the same, at first needing to blend in so he picked up a mask and clothes off of a bandit he’d killed and moved on. Anything he could do to avoid being caught again, avoid being seen so openly. The mask gives him the ability to protect his face from the harsh environment but also his identity to others. No one would be able to connect who he was with it on, moving about the multi-corporate run Earth to survive. Nothing done to gain too much attention, finding his main weapons through it all to be his buzz ax ( ax with a buzz saw as its head ) and machete as he wandered from place to place. Cities were partially safe, too busy with other things to focus on the escaped experiment and murderer who seemed to go missing. There are wanted posters with his face on them, a reminder when he passes by on why he keeps his mask onHe trusts no one, easily kills to survive, and mostly remains silent. Andrei is a man of few words, speaking when he feels he should to avoid even his voice being something that could be recognized. Despite the mask he wears, one can tell through his body language and the one eye showing how he can feel towards them. He doesn’t hide it, his glare more often the one seen than anything else along with how his body is tensed and ready to fight or defend at any given moment. He was practically raised and morphed into a killing machine, people are just lucky he has control enough to not break like so many others he’d seen down in the vaults.

Left to the streets of Romania, Andrei was young when the first thing he knew how to do on his own as a child was survive. He had no one. It was the prime situation for a company to swoop in and take him without anyone noticing. They needed young candidates for what they had in mind, testing on children. He was a good age, about 5 or 6, perfect for them to test their compound and see the effects it could cause. The newer compound wasn’t entirely stable in adults, they had to see how young they needed people to be in order for it to work so why not find children who had no one to go back to in case things didn’t work out? So off the young boy went, kicking and screaming as the unknown men took him away. He didn’t know where he went but he knew it was far from the streets he had called home. There he was raised for, well, he wasn’t entirely sure how long. Birthdays were celebrated but it was only done for research purposes, to check his age throughout the experiments. His life was more needles and tests, teachings and discussions. He was encouraged to fight, something they found he did have was enough pent up anger to make him capable of that alone. If their experiments worked then they knew he would be a deadly creation. There was promise there, they say it and he could see them expecting something but he wasn’t entirely sure what. Though the expressions given to him as the years went on regressed to disappointment, the injections continuing until eventually they slowly stopped in what was probably his last year in whatever facility he had been kept in.That was when he was removed, called a disappointment and a failure to them. Confused, he overheard upon his removal that they wasted seven years and too much money off of him. He was to be sent out, back to where they found him and meant to fend for himself. There was no care for him and he never expected there to be, he was a means to an end to them and he learned that early on. And so he was brought back to Romania, unceremoniously dropped in the streets and left all alone again. A stream of curses left him as he began to adjust back to his old life that he had before being dragged away. There was a new underlying hatred there within the young boy, one that he had no release for. He hadn’t felt that angry before, but he had no proper outlet. He handled it in his own way, burying it unless it was needed and eventually it was when he found himself surrounded by an older gang set upon him for stealing to survive. That was when the evidence of the experimentations came through. Andrei showed a strength far beyond someone his size should be capable of and it was used once he registered what he was capable of but even strength couldn’t counter numbers. That was until that built up anger was let loose and the lower ends of his arms and hands began to shift into heated silver blades without his control and sliced through several of the boys’ arms holding him. Everyone was wide eyed in horror, especially Andrei who in shock ran as fast as he could. The blades eventually shifted to his normal hands as he slowly calmed down and isolated himself. He didn’t want to be seen, found, nothing, because what happened? He was confused, eventually connecting the dots that Vought even now was ruining his life. That was until a figure eventually emerged, an older man, one who said he could train him to control his abilities. Seeing no other option, Andrei went with the man who called himself Wenwu. And he did as he was promised, he trained him in fighting and in using his new found abilities. As the years went on, he was treated more and more like a son to the man, rising up to his right hand in the gang he ran. There he remained, being the son taken in and deadly general for the organization that had become his family and showed him not everyone was out to get him. He had a purpose here and here he would remain, being sent out where he was needed and all the while avoiding Vought so they would not be aware of the actual prize they had tossed away.

He wasn’t meant to be born, wasn’t meant to exist between his two parents. His father was a Peacekeeper from District 2, meant to not father children or marry and yet when he met Andrei’s mother? All that changed. A forbidden romance, an unspoken yet unofficial marriage, that eventually led to his birth. But nothing can remain secret forever. Andrei was just a baby when he was taken to an orphanage while his parents were hunted down. His father was sentenced to death in front of his peers for breaking his oath while his mother was dragged away soon after dropping him off safely. Unknown to him, she would become an Avox and tend to him during the games all without knowing that was his mother while she suffered with the knowledge her son was there and had no idea of the fact. He knew neither of them growing up. All he knew was the fact he was alone, looks given to him as he got older as others had rumors. He ignored them all, having a hunger within him to prove himself. It was why he excelled at the academy, growing into a large, strong, and intimidating figure. He excelled at everything that was thrown at him and proved he was the clear choice for the next games. This was what he trained for, this would give him something and make him something. There was no hesitation from Andrei when the time came for the reaping. So when the day came for the 68th Hunger Games to find its next tributes? Andrei volunteered for District 2, giving no one any time to say anything else. And so he went, doing what he was trained to do. It was obvious to all he was the favorite, the intensity and strength was unmatched. Most looked at him and thought he’d just use his brute strength and size, but he was smarter than he looked. It was a fact he didn’t let anyone see, outside of sponsors. Those of which he gathered plenty by the time of the games. Though not used to the positive attention, Andrei was able to tune it out and focus on what needed to be done. There wasn’t much remorse in his actions, remembering how others treated him growing up and letting it out on those he faced in the arena. An arena that was a desert with ruins and lakes, a half urban setting for cover as well as more brutal and up-close fighting that was wanted by the Capitol. It suited the strength of Andrei just fine, that and his ability to survive and scrounge when he wasn’t in the academy. All in all, this was literally what he was built for. And built for it he was, his kill count more impressive than one thought, all who came before him fell at his lack of remorse, his lack of mercy. Until eventually, it came down to the final two tributes.Andrei with a blade at his side, charged the other. He remembered their skill with a blade, one he could more than match and even overpower. It was a hard fight, a longer one than he wanted and one that would leave him permanently scarred. They were clashing, getting closer and closer and it was clear Andrei was going to win but the other wasn’t going down without a fight. And as the larger figure lunged, the other swiped down and removed his right hand. The anger, the scream in pain, all of it was done as he plunged the blade into the chest of the other tribute. Wasting no time he moved quickly to apply what aid he could before the games were called and he declared victor. Medical aid rushed in to make sure their victor didn’t bleed out and once he recovered, he was presented to the Capitol as the 68th winner. And an example that no matter what one’s parents may do, the Capitol rewards those who do as they must for their society. His victory tour started soon after his hand was given a replacement, Capitol technology. It was a reminder of what he had done, the information he learned about his parents, and what his future was going to be. A victor and the perks it supposedly came with wasn’t what he expected, or wanted. He was now meant to train others when the time came and when in demand? President Snow made sure those in the Capitol had access to the strong, battle hardened victor.

He was an accident, at least that was what his adoptive parents called him. It was why he was there with them and not with his biological parents. What they knew was his mother dropped him off at the steps of an orphanage scared, not naming the father or herself. Not being able to take the teasing or the abuse anymore, Andrei left at the age of six, surviving on the streets of Munich for a brief time before making his way ‘home’ to Romania. He lived on the streets of Bucharest, the conditions he was in masking the scent of a demi-god child. Not that he was aware of that fact, he just knew everyone looked at him like he was garbage. Except when he met someone else who seemed to try and befriend the boy. Andrei was hesitant at first, not trusting anyone since his supposed parents had kept him alive and safe this long. That all changed when another figure saw him, looked at him like he was even worse than the trash. His new found ‘friend’ was nowhere to be seen, leaving him alone and emphasizing once more why he preferred to not trust anyone. But then something started to happen, the person started shifting into some creature. Whatever disguise it had faded away to reveal a large lion with golden fur. The boy had no choice but to run, facing a creature on his own that no one else seemed to notice. To them it was just a twelve year old boy fighting and running through the streets, almost looking like he lost his mind. Until that ‘friend’ pulled him aside into the safety of an alley. It wasn’t something he could understand but he knew the other saw it too. Andrei had questions, but he knew it was best to keep running, find somewhere they could be safe. Marius, his ‘friend’, would explain when they found a proper place for the two of them. It took some time but eventually, they found someplace where Andrei could be let in on what his life had become. Marius revealed himself to be a satyr, his protector, just one they found late due to his living on the streets with no parents but he was someone. He was the son of a god and they had to get him to a camp for his protection. What god that was, however, was yet to be seen. What they knew already was his strength, durability, his tendency to fight, and his temper seemed to point at one god to Marius but he didn’t want to assume and so he kept that information to himself. Instead, they would focus on getting him to safety.Given a weapon by Marius, one he could conceal, they began their journey. It started out smoothly, running into a few problems as they made their trek but of course not all could go according to plan. The closer they got, the more dangerous it became. Of course Andrei’s patience was growing thin as he was promised things he never had before: a family, a parent. And so when his final trial seemed to be the beast that started this whole troublesome quest in the first place, the lion, he was ready to stand his ground. That was all that was standing between him and this camp. Pulling out his sword, Andrei charged forward to meet his fate. And though he was scratched, tossed, and nearly bitten, he won that fight. His anger drove him, his strength kept him moving and eventually he found a way to kill the lion with his blade. He stood painting over the body as it began to disappear before a red light, almost a beacon, shone above him. He had been claimed by his father, he was a son of Ares. And he was brought into that camp, shown his siblings and cabin, and trained in the ways of his father. He grew large, strong, he was what one could picture a child of Ares to be. Andrei worked hard for the attention, the love, the pride of his father and that wasn’t going to change even as he got older.(his abilities as a demi-god and son of ares are listed as: enhanced strength, agility, swiftness and combat skills, control over weapons [ Telumkinesis ], can summon armor at will, curse their opponent’s weapon, turn any object into a weapon, expertise in strategic warfare but prefers brute force, the ability to control feelings of impulsive anger, hatred, and bloodlust [ Odikinesis ], limited Necromancy [ relegated to those who fell in battle ], communicate with boars/pigs & vultures, an aura that makes others want to fight, can go into someone’s mind and influence thoughts and emotions mainly of violence or anger, pyrokinesis, adapt quickly to fighting styles, and receive the blessing of ares)

The world is a complex place, but every so often there is a moment where something so simple can take place. Something simple that when explained seems complicated to others but to those involved it was as simple as breathing. That’s how his parents were, two that he never met and never would meet. His mother, a large presence from the Dúnedain in Arnor and his father, an even larger presence as a Dunlending. Two stumbled upon one another by pure chance and found a connection neither would have anticipated. And it was in that connection that Andrei was made, a bridge of two completely different worlds. It was a fact he would never be aware of, his parents leaving him to be picked up by another Dunlending tribe to be raised. However, from an early age they made it very clear he was not one of them. Each day was a test to see if he would survive, if he could be one of them, and he proved he could and more. He had to learn to hunt, to fight, all in order to survive or he would be left with nothing. Well, it wasn’t like he had a lot to begin with, he fought tooth and nail for what he did have until eventually he grew tired of it. He didn’t belong, something told him he didn’t. Despite the fact he was raised to be one of them, on the fringe of their tribe, he wasn’t someone who belonged here. And so he set out on his own, living off of the skills he was raised with and improving them on his own in the various locations he found himself in the world. A map he was slowly learning the more he moved about, taking odd jobs here and there until he found what he believed to be at least his calling. It was what he was good at, tracking and finding those who were wanted one way or another. Seeing as he didn’t care much for them, only the payment the job provided, he took on more jobs just like that. Eventually it became his profession, a bounty hunter of sorts where he was needed. It took him all over Middle-Earth, within reason. He never stepped foot in Mordor, he had no reason to. He stayed near the towns, villages, and large cities. That was where the pay was and it was where he could be found when not out on a contract. When jobs were slow, then he would hunt, sell furs and any part of the animal he didn’t need. If he found a skirmish in his travels, then he turned into a sword for hire. The overarching theme for him was survival in a way he would not live uncomfortably but have enough to live a life without the fear of returning to those who did not originally want him because he failed to be on his own.

Andrei was born between two loving parents, the only child after years of trying in a new home and a new country. To them he was a miracle, what they’d been wanting for years. And he was treasured, loved, there was no question he didn’t know that as he grew older. The little family was very close knit, his father being his best friend and who became his hero. He idolized his father, following him to the gym and in his footsteps of becoming a boxer. It was how he got his start as an entertainer of sorts. Boxing was about athleticism, yes, but in order to sell a fight and make it popular one had to entertain and gain the interest of the people. Andrei was never a show boat, he always did his training and did his match. He wasn’t the one that did any of the smack talk, he let his actions be backed up in the ring. And even if it was his first love, trying to make his parents proud, it didn’t feel like this was all he was meant for. And so after graduating from university, he took his chances to do what he wanted to do and worked at perfecting his English as best as he could and finding the proper agents he needed that could help him take that next step that felt like was calling to him.It wasn’t the easiest journey, finding someone wanting to take a chance on him was much harder than he anticipated and yet he wasn’t going to give up. He wanted to make his parents proud and he knew stopping because there were a few bumps in the road wasn’t the way to do that. He had a dream and he was going to follow it. It took finding someone in Romania, someone whose focus was helping get fighters into movies. It was perfect for him and in the process, all he had to do was still fight. Nothing new for the boxer and so he agreed. It was when he was on the verge of signing his professional contract to just accept that he was meant to be a boxer when a chance came knocking at his door. A movie meant for him, a movie where he could show his acting skills that he knew were there as well as use his physicality and boxing skills. With this good news, he could finally show his parents his hard work had paid off. It was the pride in their eyes that made it all worth it and he promised this wouldn’t be the end of it. This movie would put him on the map and on the map it did. Andrei is a rising star, used for his physicality, athleticism, and deep accented voice. He finds roles that fit him and can show off his acting abilities, all while continuing to work hard but remaining the same person he was at the start of it all.

ship exclusive with @lupaeus. Andrei was born to unknown parents, to him at least. Left immediately on his own in some run down orphanage, he knew from a young age that there was no one that would come for him. He had to adapt and learn how to survive for himself and himself alone, but he knew it couldn’t be staying in the city. No, he had to get out. So when he was old enough in his mind, around twelve, he ran off. He took any job he could along his path to reach the port of the Black Sea. There was his escape, an escape to go somewhere and anywhere but the run down streets he had once called home. His only problem was his need to get on a ship was one that wouldn’t be allowed out of pity. He heard stories of what happened to stowaways and that wasn’t what he wanted for himself. Andrei wanted to make a name, he wanted to be worth something, he wanted to live and being jailed and sentenced to servitude wasn’t how he planned on making that happen. So he bided his time, watching and waiting to see the men who came into the port. It was how he knew some of his marks would be easier than others when it came to stealing coin. First it was for food and then it was to saved to buy his way onto a ship. But of course not everything goes to plan, the first change to his plan came when he stole from a much larger figure. He thought it had gone unnoticed but that had been the opposite of what happened and resulted in punishment for the boy of losing his right hand. His second change of plans came in the form of trying to steal from another individual. He seemed like an easy enough target, but Andrei learned then that looks could be deceiving. He’d run far enough, he thought, where he wouldn’t be connected or seen once the other realized his purse was gone. The young boy instead deciding to juggle to blend in with the street performers and beggars around him. As much as Andrei thought he had played it off, thinking it almost worked, he had been caught. It was here he thought he would truly die now, his one hand already taken. All that was left outside of another hand was his life but instead he saw the other took pity on him, seeing something in the young boy that reminded him of his own son. It was at that moment the man named Wenwu took in the young boy. He led him to his ship, the truth revealed that his man was no ordinary man but a pirate king and now Andrei would be taking his son’s place as his heir, if he proved he was worthy. This was the chance the young boy had been looking for and it was one he would not waste. Every single day he did what was asked of him, of the man he would call father. He trained until his hand bled, learning to fight and be the heir to a pirate kingdom that Wenwu could be proud of.Andrei never wanted him to question his decision on taking him in, doing everything in his power to fulfill what was asked of him and what would strengthen the empire he had. It eventually led him to the Caribbean, on a ship of his own under a flag mixed with Wenwu’s sigil as well as his own. It was his last task to prove he was worthy, that he was well suited to be an heir. He would become the ultimate threat in the waters there, expanding Wenwu’s influence. And that was what Andrei had been doing when he happened upon a siren beauty, the daughter of a governor on one of the islands but one who found that life lacking. And despite how much he fought it at first, he kept finding himself drawn to her. The pirate prince, a man well known for having any woman he wanted, found himself wanting only one for the first time in his life. It was there in those islands, on his final test of proving himself to his father, that he found so much more than he had bargained for.
